PrismaTV does not sell, resell, host, recommend or distribute lists, channels, servers, streams, audiovisual content or third-party credentials. Any manager, supplier or user making content available acts on their own behalf and under their sole responsibility.

The integrated radio mode only provides technical access to external public stations when available, without hosting, retransmitting or curating proprietary content.

PrismaTV is not responsible for the content, origin, legality, availability, quality or continuity of servers, lists, streams, channels or services distributed by managers, resellers, external providers or end users.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PrismaTV, including the public website, the app, the activation process, the internal panel and related technical services.

PrismaTV is a player and device-based activation system. It does not provide lists, IPTV channels, IPTV servers, IPTV accounts, audiovisual content, third-party subscriptions or content distribution services.

Use of PrismaTV depends on the configuration, lists, sources, services or credentials provided by the user. Responsibility for the legality, availability and operation of those external services belongs to the user and the respective providers.

Radio mode may present directories or public radio stations available on the web. PrismaTV does not host, retransmit, modify, control or guarantee those broadcasts; playback is made from the external public source and may depend on the availability, rules and rights of the respective broadcasters.

The free 7-day trial, when available, allows the app to be tested before usage time activation. The trial may be subject to technical rules, device limits, abuse prevention and serial number validation.

After the trial period, continued use may depend on activation of an available plan. This activation is device-based and may assign PrismaTV usage time to the selected device.

Available plans may include 1 year, 2 years or lifetime usage on the selected device. The duration, amount and conditions of each plan are shown on the activation page at the time of selection.

Lifetime usage means usage without annual renewal on the selected serial number. It does not mean eternal support, compatibility with all future devices, availability of external services, operation of third-party lists or indefinite maintenance of external integrations.

Usage time is linked to the serial number, code or technical identifier shown in the app. Entering the wrong serial number may prevent access from being assigned correctly. The serial number should be carefully confirmed before continuing.

Activation payments may be processed through PayPal. Use of PayPal is subject to its own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, security checks and anti-fraud mechanisms.

Activation confirmation may not be immediate. Activation depends on payment validation, technical confirmation, reconciliation of the payment status and correct association with the selected serial number.

PrismaTV does not activate usage time based only on a success page, redirect or visual completion message. Activation depends on valid payment confirmation through the technical mechanisms defined by the platform.

Pending, declined, denied, refunded, reversed, disputed or review-flagged payments may not activate usage time or may result in suspension, blocking, manual review or removal of the associated access.

PrismaTV does not collect or store payment card data. Any sensitive financial information will be handled by PayPal or by the external provider responsible for processing the payment.

PrismaTV may store information required for activation, support, auditing and fraud prevention, including email, serial number, selected plan, amount, currency, payment identifiers, payment status and relevant dates.

The user agrees not to use PrismaTV for illegal, abusive, fraudulent purposes, purposes harmful to third parties or purposes contrary to applicable law.

It is prohibited to manipulate the serial number, fake devices, bypass the activation process, interfere with server-side validations, automate requests abusively, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse engineer, tamper with the app or create unauthorised access.

Scripts, bots, request injection, malicious automation, payment fraud, trial abuse, improper access sharing or any attempt to obtain usage time without valid confirmation are also prohibited.

Violation of these Terms may result in device blocking, activation suspension, refusal of new activation, access removal, invalidation of pending requests or other technical measures required to protect the platform.

PrismaTV may apply security, anti-fraud and technical validation measures to protect the app, website, API, activation process, legitimate users and service integrity.

PrismaTV does not guarantee the operation, stability, quality, legality, availability or continuity of third-party lists, channels, streams, servers, content or services.

PrismaTV is not responsible for failures caused by external services, invalid lists, offline streams, third-party provider changes, network blocks, device issues, incorrect configurations, unstable connections or use outside the intended conditions.

The app may receive updates, fixes, visual improvements, technical changes, security adjustments or compatibility changes. Some changes may be necessary to maintain stability, security or proper operation.

Certain features may depend on the device, Android version, box performance, permissions, network connection, player compatibility, API availability or configuration used.

PrismaTV may limit, adjust, suspend or change features when necessary for technical, legal, security, maintenance, abuse prevention or product evolution reasons.

Support will be provided within reasonable limits, according to the available channels and information supplied by the user. Missing essential data, such as serial number, activation email or a clear problem description, may limit the ability to respond.

Requests related to activation, payment, usage time or support may require validation of the serial number and associated email, to prevent improper access to third-party data or activations.

Unless legally required otherwise, confirmed payments linked to a serial number may not be refundable once usage time has been correctly assigned to the selected device.

Exceptional situations may be reviewed case by case, especially where there is a proven technical error, accidental duplicate payment, activation failure attributable to the platform or objective inability to use the service directly related to PrismaTV.

In the event of a refund, reversal, dispute or chargeback, PrismaTV may review, suspend or remove the usage time associated with the relevant payment.

PrismaTV is not responsible for indirect losses, interruptions, data loss, third-party unavailability, network failures, device incompatibilities or expectations related to content not provided by PrismaTV.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Continued use of PrismaTV after relevant changes to the Terms may mean acceptance of the updated version. Where appropriate, notices or updates may be shown on the website or in the app.

These Terms may be updated whenever there are changes to the app operation, activation process, plans, payments, external platforms, legal requirements, security mechanisms or commercial conditions.
