1. Operator and contact

PrismaTV is operated by Prismas e Quadriláteros. These Terms govern the website, application, activations, panels and Prisma Open features.

2. PrismaTV service

PrismaTV is a player and device activation system. Users may configure third-party sources, lists, services or credentials and are responsible for having the right to use them.

Activation grants software usage time to the selected device. The duration, price and conditions displayed at checkout apply to the selected order without limiting mandatory legal rights.

3. Prisma Open

Prisma Open organizes references to broadcasts made available by broadcasters or their infrastructure. PrismaTV selects references and validates technical, origin and evidence aspects under an internal policy subject to human review.

When a source is played, the device connects directly to the origin or CDN. PrismaTV does not host, copy, record, proxy or restream video, alter the signal, remove advertising or bypass DRM, login, paywall, tokens or territorial restrictions.

A favorable internal classification is not a public statement of legality, licensing or authorization. A source may be reviewed, suspended or removed; third-party availability and restrictions may change.

4. Third-party content, brands and services

Channels, broadcasts, names, logos, metadata, websites, CDNs and external services belong to their respective owners. References to third parties do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or transfer of rights.

Users must respect source rules, territorial availability, authentication and other third-party conditions. PrismaTV does not guarantee the continuity, quality or availability of external sources.

5. Activations and payments

Payments may be processed by PayPal. PrismaTV does not receive complete card data and only activates usage time after valid server-side payment confirmation.

Users must confirm the serial number, email, plan and price before paying. Refunds, withdrawal, start of the digital service and reversals follow applicable law and the checkout conditions; these Terms do not exclude mandatory legal rights.

6. Acceptable use and security

Payment or trial fraud, identifier manipulation, control bypass, unauthorized access, malware, abusive automation and interference with the app, API or infrastructure are prohibited.

Proportionate security, limitation, suspension or blocking measures may be applied to protect users, third parties and the platform.

7. Reports, review and suspension

Technical, origin, metadata, access or rights concerns may be reported through the channels described in the Reporting Policy.

A report never removes content automatically. It may lead to human triage, a request for information, investigation, rapid suspension from public eligibility, restoration or blocking, with history and audit preserved.

8. Availability and changes

Features may depend on the device, network, compatibility, providers and maintenance. They may be corrected, changed or suspended for technical, security, legal or abuse-prevention reasons.

Material changes to the Terms will be presented appropriately and renewed acceptance may be requested where applicable. Continued use alone does not replace acceptance required by law or by the contract flow.

9. Liability and legal rights

PrismaTV does not control external service availability or content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
