Server Manager Terms

These Server Manager Terms apply to any manager, sub-manager, reseller or entity using the PrismaTV panel to add servers, manage clients, buy or spend credits and create activations.

PrismaTV provides only the player, panel, technical activation system, credit management and related tools. PrismaTV does not sell, provide, host, distribute or recommend lists, channels, servers, streams, audiovisual content or third-party credentials.

The integrated public radio mode, when available, is a general app feature based on external public sources and does not change the manager responsibilities for servers, lists, streams or content they promote.

The manager is solely responsible for the servers they add, the clients they manage, the content they make available, the lists or streams they use and the legality of their activity before clients, suppliers and competent authorities.

The manager declares that they hold all rights, authorisations, licences and consents required for any content, list, server, stream, brand, material or service they make available or promote through their activity.

PrismaTV may not be used for illegal content, copyright infringement, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, personal data abuse, payment evasion, false commercial representation, misleading resale, unauthorised access or any use that harms the platform, third parties or end users.

The manager must clearly inform their clients that PrismaTV does not provide content, lists, channels or servers and operates only as a technical player, panel, activation and management tool.

The initial manager fee, where applicable, may include credits automatically assigned after payment confirmation. Credit purchases are internal commercial movements for activations and credits already spent on activations are non-refundable.

Payments may be processed by PayPal or another external provider. Payment confirmation, anti-fraud checks, chargebacks and processor rules are also subject to that provider terms.

PrismaTV may suspend, block or terminate the manager account, sub-managers, servers, activations or panel access if these terms are breached, or in case of legal risk, technical abuse, fraud, abusive chargeback, payment circumvention, brand misuse or order from a competent authority.

PrismaTV may preserve technical records, audit logs, payment history, credit spending, acceptance data and cryptographic evidence of accepted terms for security, support, legal protection and applicable compliance obligations.

Continued use of the panel or credit purchases after these terms are updated may imply acceptance of the updated version where the change is adequately presented on the site, panel or purchase flow.
