Server Manager Terms

1. Scope

PrismaTV is operated by Prismas e Quadriláteros. These Terms apply to managers and sub-managers using the panel to manage their own infrastructure, clients, credits and activations.

2. Manager responsibility

The manager is responsible for servers, lists, sources, credentials, clients, content and activity they configure or promote, including required authorizations.

Fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful content, malware, data abuse, payment evasion, false commercial representation and misleading descriptions of a relationship with PrismaTV are prohibited.

3. Prisma Open

Prisma Open is a PrismaTV feature, not content supplied by the manager. A manager must not present themselves as the owner, distributor, licensor or representative of Prisma Open channels.

Internal Prisma Open classifications, evidence and decisions do not grant a manager rights over third-party channels, brands or broadcasts.

4. Credits, payments and access

Credits are internal units used for activations. Payments may be processed by third parties and remain subject to confirmation, anti-fraud checks, reversals and processor rules.

Breach, fraud, abusive chargeback, legal or security risk may lead to proportionate suspension of an account, servers, activations or panel access.

5. Records and changes

Technical records, audit, payments, credits and accepted-version evidence may be preserved while a valid basis remains. Contact: geral.prismas@gmail.com.

Material changes will be presented appropriately and may require renewed acceptance; continued use alone does not replace acceptance where required.
