Manage account data
Personal data deletion must be requested from the customer account, using the associated email. The serial number, trial, activations and license validity are always preserved to prevent abusive resets.
Account access
Sign in with the customer account email. Authenticated deletion removes personal data, but does not remove the SN or activations.
The request is no longer handled by a public SN form. Use the account email to manage your personal data.
